I have some leftover dried morels...

...and I'm wondering what to do with them. I had the first part of the package with a veal chop and of course it was great, but there must be something else wonderful to do with them.
Wild ideas, please?

Use them with chicken broth a bit of shallot to season a great rice dish. Make a mushroom soup. After rehydrating, stir fry with asparagus--morels and asparagus have a special affinity.

Thanks, those would be helpful. I ended up making a sauce for half a ribeye, using some commercial base (way too salty) and some Syrah. It was good, and I enjoyed it, but now I'll have to buy some more and do the asparagus trick! That sounds great!
