Stuffed Pork Tenderloin.

I am thinking of this dish for a special guest this weekend. Anyone care to expand on a possible recipe?
Maybe how about a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in spinach and phyllo pastry?

Bob, I haven't tried this but it sure looks good to me. If fresh mushrooms are in season out there, I bet porcini would go well instead of the crimini being that the porcini are so doggone good. Anyway here is the recipe.
