Luke Hayes-Alexander, a 20 year old who's been chef of his own restaurant, ( Prince Edward County in Ontario, Canada) Luke's Gastronomy, for 5 years. At age 12, he butchered a pig on his own; by 15, he'd taken over the kitchen. It is said his cooking is mature beyond his years.
Anyone been to his restaurant?
