ConAgra, Cargill, Kraft General Foods - the more the food industry becomes consolidated into a handful of multi-nationals, the scarier our food gets.

There is a locally owned pet shop here in Redding which also has a bakery for dogs. They will not support any dog food owned by those corporations. Just recently got rid of Innova brand dog foods because, I think she said so big corporation which deals in chemicals, bought the small company. All the foods they sell is organic and natural all the way. Even a whole section of pet toys made in the USA as are all the foods. She is extremely busy.
