Not all of these are food or cooking related, but many of them are. All of them are clever, if not borderline brilliant ideas. Some of them would actually work well.

All are fascinating.

Strawberry slicer? Look how fiddly it is -- awkward to clean it. Knife does the job just as well and is easier to clean.

And a tea bag compartment in a cup? Why not just take the tea bag out?

Several of them are available (if not all) and some are solutions to problems that don't exist :)

That paper briquette maker has been around for decades -- someone here must have one and report back how useful it is.

My friends have those pop up electrical sockets.

We used to have an apple corer that looked like the melon slicer on page 2 - useless!!

The only one I like is the spoons with the curvy handles. As to the rest... eh.
