berries

by Robert Reynolds » Sat Jun 18, 2011 5:00 pm

Yesterday after work I stopped in at Whole Foods to pick up something for a light dessert, and found organic Calif blueberries for $1.99/pint, or a crate of 12 pints for $21.50. I came home with a crate. :D Most are in the freezer now.

I cannot wait until I have a place to have my own real garden again.

Good job. When will you close escrow?

July 15th. I can't wait. All together, there's about 4-5 acres (including the long driveway and the house) that's cleared land with clumps of trees. That should be plenty to garden on in the years to come. :D

Congratulations, Robert. I'm envious!

Oh, I definitely will post pictures. I'm already planning what will go in first, although it will be a work in progress for several years.
