Hello All,
I was at a foie gras farm in Quebec run by a very nice Basque lady (trilingual!) and she had some Piment d'Espelette for sale. I bought some but am not sure what to make with it. Does anyone have any experience with this dried pepper condiment, apparently similar to hot paprika?

Today I tried it sprinkled on chik'n nuggets and it was pretty good, but I'm hoping someone has some more sympathetic uses.
