Whenever I see photos such as this one I always wonder what they did with the rest of the chickens?

According a news article last month, the wings were gaining popularity on the "rest of the chickens". That photograph is making me crave beer for some reason

Jenise, I have made these, but the photo is actually from one Alan Z on the Kamado (bit my tongue typing that) forum. Aren't they awesome looking! I suspect I could post the recipe since it is out there on the web. What do you think? Or one could Google for Alan Z's wings and find this: http://www.zenreich.com/ZenWeb/chickenwings.htm
