SEEKING PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATION

by Jo Ann Henderson » Tue Feb 15, 2011 3:42 pm

Hi, Everybody
I would like to make a recommendation to our nutrition lab on a culinary development software they may consider purchasing that would assist our dietitians in tracking inventory(ies), vendors, developing feeding study menus and recipes per client specifications; calculating production time, food costs, total costs (food plus labor), etc. If you have knowledge of and/or experience with such a software package, please provide me with name and website. Thx.
Jo

Jo Ann,

The Culinary Institute of America has a number of software packages that might meet the needs. I used a couple of them during two five day courses, but it's been four years since I've interacted.

The expert listed on the product page is very helpful and knowledgeable.
