Looks like a knock-off of my Zojirushi neuro fuzzy rice cooker! It cooks everything, even breads.

And it looks much more sleek than the Thermomix. (Obviously designed by the Japanese rather than the Germans.)

But what is "express rice"?

Curious term. Minute Rice? Maybe Parbo rice (popular in Europe--not cooked/dehydrated like Minute Rice, but "partially pre-boiled" for quicker cooking).

My Zojirushi has an express or fast cook cycle. I wonder if that what they are talking about? I have not tried it yet. I really have no need to rush dinner these days. :)
