I googled for "steamed perch." It was one of the first few 'hits,' if you could call them that.

Also entertaining is the link at the bottom to the next recipe, "steamed roach" which calls for "1 piece of lifelike roach" (too bad all the roaches in my house are quite lifeless by the time I get to them), not to mention the puzzling conclusion: "the acid is sweet and delicious."
