I had never before seen nor tasted any Kiwi EVOO - no, not made from Kiwi fruit, made on Waiheke Island in New Zealand by Matiatia Olive Estate which is a combination resort and olive plantation.
Anyone else been there or tried the oil? It is quite good!

Have had Australian EVOO - can't remember the name. Kangaroo on the box . It was OK.

A kangaroo on the box is not necessarily a good sign! In fact with wine, I'd say just the opposite - anything with animals on it is bound to be selling on cute cuddly appeal, not on it's own merits as a product.
