Fortunately for me, I haven't willingly eaten meatloaf since I was about 10, so I don't feel terribly affected. Whoever made that, though, either has a particularly dark sense of humor or needs therapy... badly.

I agree with Mark, there are funny strange humour and there is non-funny attempted strange humour and that definitely falls into the latter group.

And I am NOT a fan of meat loaf (or for that matter Meatloaf).

That's even worse than those cakes that look like cat litter boxes. It won't do anything to disturb my love of meatloaf, though!
