Happy birthday, Karen!

You mentioned in another thread that you were turning 70 years young today. You're an inspiration--I hope I have the energy and drive to put great meals on the table every day like you do when I'm your age. Hope Gene is pampering you to pieces!

Karen, are you still having B-Days? I am more trying to forget them! Many happy returns.

Happy Birthday Karen, you youngster. Seems from a long ago thread that you and yours also celebrated your 47th this year. Way to go.

I haven't seen your reply, so that means I'm not too late to join the chorus. Happy B'day, Karen. And many more.

It beats the alternative Jenise, I just try to forget them as fast as I can.

My goodness, you just made my day! Thanks so much for all the good wishes. It has been a busy couple of days, for sure. Our oldest son has not been able to catch up with me, but I texted him this morning and told him my schedule. I also told him I was not sure I liked being 70! He texted right back and said, "Well you sure don't look it or act it :)" Now there is a son after my heart...he brought tears to my eyes. He really knows how to do that to me! 8)
