You've gotta watch this

"Raymond Ray" is The Bare Nekkid Chef in this short and delightful parody of the typical Food Network show.

Has Guy Fieri seen this? The only thing missing was the jello shots for dessert!

That is awesome!

A show like that could open up a whole new demographic for the Food Network.

I've never seen his show. I just figured they were playing on everything they could--Jamie Oliver's show name "naked", Rachel Ray's name, and maybe Michael Chiarello's entertaining style. I did see a commercial yesterday, though, speaking of Guy, that he's now host of a new game show (for twits) on NBC. There's WAY too much of that man around.

The only thing appealing about that dumbed down video was the bologna with the cheese. My kids used to make that when they blew in the door from school. Only they put the "all beef" bologna into a fry fan, with the same cheese in the center and let it curl. It was darn good! I used to buy the bologna log from an old Italian meat cutter who had a local butcher shop years ago. That was awesome bologna. Now my mouth is watering!
We used to slice it, and fry it with eggs on Sunday mornings. Even my ex meat shop owner/meat cutter husband was surprised by it. He would not touch bologna until we got those big logs. :)

God help me, but you're getting me interested in picking up some bologna from the local butcher and giving it a try.

I may need to wait until the wife and kids are away, though. Can't have a whole passel of drunken bimbos come bursting in the door if they're around!

Maybe you just skip the bologna and go straight to the bimbos. Get them out before the fam comes home. :)

Sorry, but that log of bologna was a major part of the welfare package of food my mom would bring home once a month when we were kids. Along with an equally large log of "American" cheese. We made samiches, which were too often dinner in my household. I can't stand the smell of either today! I don't talk about it in polite company. Y'all ain't polite even taking me back to those memories.

I never eat bologna, so that was a new one on me - struck me as rather neat, actually!

I think that Raymond McAnally has a rather infelicitous name...is it just me?

That's why he's a good lawyer. He has an unerring ear for double meanings. :)
