Challenge for the inventive

An excess of pineapples led to the making of pineapple upside down cake. Haste led to a misreading of the recipe, and instead of the butter being whipped with sugar, vanilla/eggs/pineapple juice before the cardamom flavored powder was added, it was mixed directly into the flour. (Hey, we're pretty much rookies when it comes to cake) The cake was eventually made, but...

What do I do with about 1 cup of butter-mashed cardamom flavored flour? Looks kind of like a dry chunky biscuit dough. No sugar in it. Any ideas?

Shortbread cookies for breakfast tomorrow. Cardamom and coffee are a great pairing.
