when you cook austian tafelspitz,
you can seve it with a apple-sauce with wasabi.
cook as mutch apples you need (1 for 2-3 persons) in a pan with a hint of water, when they are fall a part, push them trough the same thing like when you do mash-potato. let it cool down to room temperatur and add as needed salt sugar and wasabi.
serve it with the meat, potatos and veggies.
