Gung Hay Bok Choy!

Looks like bok choy will be a regular item in the CSA this summer. Last night I did a stir fry with some pork, scallions (also CSA), lots of gnger and garlic, some soy sauce and guilin chile sauce. Not bad. It certainly had a kick, not least from all the ginger.
