Sorry, Jeff - I got nada. I went to my local Thai restaurant where I go at least once a week and know all the staff by name. I had printed out your description and showed it to the manager. Bom read it and was not able to say what it might be, although he agreed that sticky rice was most likely involved. He offered that that many Thai places develop their own, unique, to-go desserts, especially in NYC. He simply had no idea. Now, if you had a picture, he could possible make an informed quess. Sorry - I'm dissapointed that I didn't come up with anything.
