Hi Bob - how does it rate on the blue cheese "stinky" scale? I just opened some Danish blue cheese the other night and it was almost too overpowering, even when served with icewine (and icewine jelly!)

Hi Mel.
Canada tasting Saturday at DeVines!!
The blue comes from across the street from store, not at all stinky and a tad firmer. Not sure on the price but take a looksie. How was your blue with icewine?

Sparkling icewine. Wow.
Still trying to wrap my head around that.
