I love Fra'mani! Very grateful that Whole Foods in Seattle carries it, though now that there's a deli that gets Armandino Batali's salumi here in Bellingham, I don't have to go to Seattle for my cured meat cravings like I used to.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Yeah, Fra'Mani is pretty tasty: quite obviously pork and not ashamed of it. Juicy,with a good firm casing, great texture inside. As I said, if it had a bit more fennel it would be perfect for me.

I've been lucky enough to have visited, and to have tasted therefrom, the viands of Batali's dad in Seattle. Prime salumi indeed.
