My favorite type of pizza probably isn't considered to be good/great pizza by many peoples standards. I don't like thick bread like raised crusts. I prefer thin crisp crusts. It is what I was first accustomed to having in the 1950's

George, like you, these days my preference is thin crust too--except when they look like the pizzas in these pictures. That big puffy, crusty, chewy artisinal stuff can be joyous.
