Simply Ming

I discovered the "Simply Ming" cooking show several months ago and have greatly enjoyed watching the East-West fusion recipes demonstrated. They look sooo good. And I discovered that Ming even has a Santa Fe connection. His website has videos and recipes: http://www.ming.com/

Love the show - I've bought several series on DVD. I use a lot of his recipes regularly, particularly his shortbread one and his ganache.

Ming's an excellent cook: greatly inventive and technically skilled. He's also one heckuva nice guy, and all of that comes across on his show. The Food Network screwed up when they let chefs like him go in favor of the goofball amateurs they favor nowadays.
