Truffle fries

Are these the most destructive, addicting things on the planet when done right?

Yes. (Even if I am wrong, I don't need to be reminded of the others. My stomach is grumbling just for having read the words "truffle fries".)

I don't know exactly how truffle fries are made, but I have had french fries seasoned with white truffles, salt and parmesan. I would have cheerfully eaten my daughter's and mom's as well but they deftly defended their portions with sharpened cutlery.
