Black Pepper Cashews?

by Hoke » Thu Aug 13, 2009 8:20 pm

Anyone had those?

Up until recently, I hadn't. Then I tried some...and they're great!

Must've been around for a while and I just haven't seen them, as I found them in a Roth Grocery Store in the Willamette Valley.

The pepper (and pepper oil, I suspect) counters the sweet/nuttiness of the cashews beautifully. This is a snack I can get into.

Haven't seen them around here, Hoke. They sound great. Might be worth trying to make them at home....

I didn't see you in Roth's. You must have been hiding from me again.
