Gibralter candy

by Larry Greenly » Thu Aug 13, 2009 7:59 pm

I just read an article about the country's oldest candy company (est. 1806): http://www.yeoldepeppercandy.com/pages/girbralters.html I've never tried them, but the hand-made gibralters sound interesting. They're a hard candy that softens after 2-3 weeks to an after-dinner mint texture. Wikipedia also discusses the company.

Anyone ever tried these?
