Denver on September 21st

I think I'll be in Denver for a little over a week in September. I already know about restaurant Lola and am looking for other wonderful places to eat with top quality food and a nice wine list. Any recommendations? I'll have a car at least for the weekend of the 25th 26th and 27th.

A year or so ago I had lunch at a very nice place called Tamayos. Nice atmosphere and the wine list was better than average. At the time, I was not aware that they have rooftop seating, which would offer a spectacular view! It is right on Larimer St., which is fun to stroll..a couple of wine bars along the way make for good rest stops before dinner.
