they are so very tasty....made for an easy dinner. I found another great item there last week. They have a small, boneless leg of lamb roast marinated in Burgundy and Pepper. It calls for oven roasting, but we put it on the grill and cooked to medium rare. Wonderful and full of flavor. We cooked it with the indirect method.

They've been very handy to have on hand during this trying time. I think I've done them three times in the last five months, which is a lot of repeats for this house and someone who doesn't usually use ready-made products.

Carrie, we had the ribs again last night. After 'talking' about them with you, I got the craving and stopped by there yesterday. They made a great dinner served outside on an uncommonly hot night over a cold green papaya and chile salad.

Looked for the lamb you reccomended, but they didn't have one. :(
