5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
1 large coffee mug (microwave safe)
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar (Splenda works just as well)
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips or chopped nuts (we used pecans)
Small splash of vanilla extract (we used real vanilla not artificial and I think it makes a difference)
Add dry ingredients to coffee mug and mix well.
Add egg and mix thoroughly
Pour in milk and oil and mix well.
Add chips or chopped nuts and vanilla extract and mix again.
Put the mug in your microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high)
The cake will rise over the top of the mug but don't worry.
Allow to cool a little, run a knife along the edge and tip out of the mug and eat...

Because now you are only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake anytime of the day or night
