I'm skeptical. Fancy gimmicks usually mean that there is no substance beneath. To quote ancient history, "where's the beef?"

Equally important to me is that I don't find that environment conducive to enjoying my meal. I don't want high noise levels, bright lights, pounding music, TV screens or (in this case) projected menus on tables. OTOH, I am planning on celebrating my 50th birthday this summer at this place, which has touch screens for selecting wines at each table. Who knows? I may change my tune.
