My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

What is the deal with these noisy restaurants all of a sudden? I am noticing that trend here in Redding, and Sacramento is really bad when we go there to visit our sons. Many are so noisy, that even the grandkids trying to visit with each other just adds to the noise level because they have to raise their voices to hear each other. Our son, who is out and about every day tells me it attracts the 30 - something crowd and that is what the restaurants want, and to look very busy and alive. Me...all I want is to flee. I much prefer quiet, romantic, fine dining with excellent, but quiet servers. Always have, so I know it is not age related.
