Good mail-order source for tasso

by Paul Winalski » Wed Dec 24, 2008 10:13 pm

Tasso is, of course, Cajun smoked hot-cured ham.

I can't find it locally here in New Hampshire, of course. I've been ordering it from Paul Prudhomme's Louisiana Kitchen in New Orleans. I have no complaints at all about their tasso, but I'm wondering if there are other mail-order sources for this Cajun staple.

Suggestions appreciated.

Paul,
I haven't ordered any meats from here, but have ordered other stuff and have been more than satisfied. Why not give them a look. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20861&p=179746&e=179746
