Indeed it is sad when an enterprise to which you've devoted a significant part of your career comes to an end, even if you're no longer associated with it. It's happened to me. All things, good or bad, come to pass. For the good ones, we have our memories.

Yeah, it happened to me, too. I opened an art supply store in 1971 and sold it in 1974. It then lasted only a couple of more years.
