To me, the remarkable thing is how readable that menu is. Although very garbled, in nearly all cases it's possible to figure out what really was meant. The "brain" in "brain salad", etc. is the only one I couldn't figure out.

For one who has studied digital signal theory and error recovery in data transmission, it shows just how redundant and resistant to data corruption the written English language is.
