Shirley Corriher has a new baking book out

For those unfamiliar, Shirley Corriher is a well-known American food scientist.

I looked at the book the other day to try and find some information on something. I was surprised, at first glance, to notice many editing errors along the lines of grammar and spelling. I hope that doesn't cross over into the recipe territory. I plan on finding some time to get into it more in depth over my Christmas time off.
