Last night, Traci and I (along with friends Tina & Glenn) went to winemaker Ed Kurtzman's house for dinner. He and his girlfriend Michelle made us a terrific dinner along with this very tasty salad...

Hi Tony, I love edible flowers and they will be part of my Christmas Day offering at our very small family lunch this year.
I am making herb flower salad bouquets, although the main flower ingredient this year will be chervil (OMG delicious) along with nasturtium. I only have one chive flower and someone will be the lucky person who gets that in their bouquet. I will also raid my sisters' garden to see what she has growing that is edible. Like the yellow calendulas, which will look nice with the white chervil sprays. My bouquets of different types of lettuce leaves and flowers are tied together with chives.
Cheers,
Sue
