RCP: ALMOND CAKE - now is the time for sweet seduction!

Now is the time for some cakes at the week-end. In the coming days I will publish some easy&delicious recipes. Starting with an almond cake from the spanish island of Mallorca.

Martin that is gorgeous and looks delicious. It would be a perfect dessert for our friend who suffers from celiac.
Do you use raw almonds or do you roast or toast them?
