Here's what's going on there as Jack hands the cheffing duties over to his son, Chris.

(There are a couple of "sics" but I'm not gonna mess with them).

Prelude:
Faux Gras Cromesquis
A filling of "Faux Gras" and truffles enveloped in a classic breading.

Soup:
"Christopher Soup" ala Poppop
A consume of Oregon cepes and black truffles covered in puff pastry

Salad:
Mixed greens with white truffle vinaigrette, country pate with black
truffles, and truffle cheese

Pasta:
Angel hair pasta with white truffle butter-cream sauce

Seafood:
Truffle-Butter-Seared sea scallops with truffle Hollandaise and fresh
vegetables

Meat:
White truffle-infused fillet mignon en croute with wild mushroom duxelles
and Perigoux sauce

Dessert:
Black truffle creme brulee OR Black truffle ice cream
Rex solutus est a legibus - NOT

I really have to get back, soon. We had a great dinner there a few years ago, the highlights being tender snails in a parsley sauce with black trumpet mushrooms and the awesomely forestial 3 mushroom tart. I assume they'll keep the tart on the menu, surely there would be a riot if it was taken off...?

Everything sounds great.

Hmmm, I wonder if they serve truffles?
