Bet this One is a Swine to Service.....

by Bill Spohn » Mon Oct 27, 2008 12:39 pm

I have seen the Oscar Meyer weiner-mobile and wondered about the state of mind of the owner/restorer and what he thought as he drove his pride and joy down the street looking like a giant...weiner.

That somehow pales in comparison to the prospect of driving along looking like you are being buggered by a boar......

Eerily reminiscent of some of the atrocities I used to see at The Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Contest.

It came up in my old Lamborghini owners group - of interest there because the donor vehicle is some old Fiat minivan.

I thought some here might get a kick out of it, and I copied a client that owns a business called Black Forest Deli as he uses a pig as a logo. Told him it would be perfect to attract attention to the business. Can't imagine anyone seeing that and being 'boared' by it, could you?

Nope. A local business that makes very credible BBQ runs an annual event called "Hogtoberfest." Perhaps I should suggest that they rent this vehicle for the occasion...
