Well, the online stores seem to have their copies, both Amazon and B&N as well as several others.
Even though Robin hasn't received his review copy - and I haven't received a single copy yet!

Can you tell the publisher that I asked to have him overnight me one, Joseph? I'd like to get out there with my take on it before it's been reviewed all over the place.
