RCP: Rocket-Parmesan Salad

Since a few months I have an own garden and here comes my first planted&harvested product ROCKET. As you could imagine, this rocket is more tasty than the stuff from the supermarket. Almost hot my rocket, therefore you need only a little bit to pimp up your summer-salad.

Ingredients (serves 2):
1 Lollo Rosso or any kind of salad
100g rocket (from my own garden)
250g tomatoes
100g parmesan

Vinaigrette: 2 tbsp aceto balsamico, 8 tbsp oliveoil

Sounds very good Martin. I love the combination of peppery rockets with salty parmesan. I'll bet your salad would be great with some bresaola on top.

Oh yes David, bresaola would be great on this salad!
