If you really like peanut butter you might try peanut butter gravy over spiced buttermilk bisquits. Spiced bisquits in this kitchen are merely a 4 cups of flour buttermilk recipe, rather standard, with the addition of 2 teaspoons of Spice Hunter Jambalaya Seasonings and 2 teaspoons of Old Bay Seasonings. That brings the spice level up somewhat and of course the amount can be more.
For the gravy that too is rather standard. 3 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of fat ( your choice, bacon, lard, butter, evo) to make a blond roux. Let the roux cook for 4 minutes. Start adding half and half to start making a simple white sauce. Add 3/4 cup of chunky or creamy peanut butter. Allow that to melt into the white sauce, adjust with half and half as necessary.
Server over hot spiced bisquits. Man thats a breakfast that will stick to the ribs for at least half a day.. Enjoy.
