My kind of alarm clock

by Dave R » Mon May 19, 2008 3:09 pm

I have a problem motivating myself to get out of bed on weekday mornings. Especially in the winter when it is cold and dark. Something like this might get me up and going...

Ha! Now that is an ingenious product!

Believe it or not, my auto-brew coffee maker works for me along the same line. I dread getting out of bed unless I know there is coffee at the ready.
Hello. My name is Carrie, and I...I....still like oaked Chardonnay. (Please don't judge.)

My husband has one of those. It's called a wife!

No alarm clock needed in our house....as soon as the sun peeks over the horizon, we are up. Winter and summer. We have a dog that walks with us, every day for two miles. If we have extreme weather, walks are out.
When I was working, I set my alarm for 4:30 am. I was at work at 6:30 am. Retired now, I hate alarms, schedules of any sort. Trouble is, we wake up early.....morning is the best part of the day. We get up and get going before the rest of the world tells us all the troubles.
You young parents and working parents will find that out soon enough....there comes a time when you never have an alarm clock! If you don't get up when the sun comes up....you must be dead! :D

Do they make a pizza version?
