Yeah, we all know it, but reading articles about how it lowers blood pressure make me happy. I reckon just reading the articles lowers my BP.
The research here is pretty cool - I think they've been six separate studies, all concurring. The only danger seems to be not to go overboard. Having said that, I've just finished tempering up a whole lot of dark chocolate bars weighing 20g each - my daily dose, I've decided. Happy days...
