Online Food & Wine Pairing Guide?

by bozo 82 » Mon May 05, 2008 6:33 pm

Does anyone know of a good (free) online food & wine pairing guide? The best I could find is on the Gallo website. It considers the meat and spices. Obviously, this discussion board would be best, but sometimes, time is of the essence. Thanks!!

A quick link on the WLDG Home Page:

Foods listed alphabetical in the left window.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

Dale Williams also put together a fairly detailed discussion of food/wine pairings:

Hugh Johnson also has a list of food/wine matches in the front of his Pocket Wine Book.

Welcome to the Forum Jerry and if you find some nice pairings, come back and let us know. Are you looking for something in particular?
