Pizza Perfection

by Celia » Sat May 03, 2008 6:13 pm

I recently came across a series of YouTube clips of Heston Blumenthal's (owner of Fat Duck) cooking show. His quest for perfect pizza was just so much fun to watch ! It's a fascinating mix of science and cooking. Goes for about half an hour all up, get yourself a cup of tea, sit back and enjoy... :)

Celia, those were quite fun, many thanks!

It's Sunday, but last night my daughter was just itchin' for a pizza. Couldn't be bothered making one but a guy down the road makes a decent one so we did the take-away deal. Sacrilegous, I know ... but the rest of the family enjoyed it. I had one piece and a nice fresh garden salad. :)
Cheers,

David

If I hadn't already been in the process of making pizza, I would have had to start! :D
