"EVOO"?

Good morning,

I have seen numerous references to "EVOO" on this food board. What is that?
Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Hooking up words and phrases and clauses.

extra virgin olive oil.
I use "xvoo" but it's the same thing.

I know where you're coming from. I sometimes think a glossary of abbreviations on this forum would be handy.
