1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can English peas & carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar (I confess, Kraft Singles work well too, or even Velveeta)
1 bag Tater Tots
Preheat oven to 425.
Brown the meat and onions; drain. In a 13x9 Pyrex casserole, mix the meat & onion with the contents of the cans; spread evenly. Salt and pepper to taste (add some hot sauce too, if you like - it's your casserole). Top with the cheese, then with the Tater Tots. Bake until top is browned.
