RCP: Crème Brûlée - another french classic!

Here comes another french classic........

Ingredients (serves 6):
500ml cream or heavy cream
150ml milk
5 egg yolks
80g sugar or 6-7tbsp
1 vanilla-pod or 1 tbsp vanilla extract from W-S
1tsp cane/brown sugar for each ramekin

my favorite dessert (especially with a few raspberries on top) - thanks for the recipe.
