After I read the thread about the duck article, I will also contribute a duck recipy. This recipy is a mix of several duck recipys from Gordon Ramsay.
Ingredients (serves 2):
1-2 duck breast
3 tbsp szechuan pepper
1 tbsp acacia honey
3-4 tsp soy sauce
